Each GST camp coach is personally selected by Sebastian Brosda and his recruiting team to keep the coaching quality as high as possible.  It is not enough to be a holder of a DFB coaching license. We also look at the coach’s personality, leader skills and coaching philosophy. Our coaches come from all over Germany and have a great reputation in their region or in the national soccer community.

GST wants to have a good mix of coaches with different coaching styles. The coaching pool has a great mix of coaches with specialties (defensive, offensive, individual skills, tactical skills...)

German Coaches - Philosophy

The DFB (German Football Association) is known worldwide for their excellent coaching program. Every member of the FIFA accepts each coaching license from the DFB. Every coach in Germany has to attend additional classes/clinics to extend their license every year.

To be able to attend the different coaching courses in Germany, there are a lot of important requirements necessary (pre-coaching course, long term coaching experience, certification of conduct, organization of practice session in the DFB youth development academies...).

The coaching course is full time and starts at 10 days, up to 2 months and one year of study.
